These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Get Microlocs Near Me, including the website(getmicrolocsnearme.com), directory, application, Search Pass, and related services operated by Omalocs Beauty LLC (“Omalocs Beauty,” “Get Microlocs Near Me,” “GMNM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively, the “Services.”
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting information to the Services, or purchasing a Search Pass, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Search Pass or create an account.
1. ABOUT GET MICROLOCS NEAR ME
Get Microlocs Near Me is a discovery platform and directory designed to help users find microlocs locticians, Sisterlocks® professionals, salons, and other hair professionals (“Locticians” or “Professionals”).
GMNM provides information intended to help users discover and evaluate their options. We do not provide hair services and are not a salon, booking agency, employer, staffing agency, licensing authority, or representative of any Loctician listed through the Services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GMNM does not book appointments or process payments for services provided by Locticians. Users contact, book, and transact directly with Locticians or through third-party booking or payment platforms selected by those Locticians.
Any agreement for hair or related services is between you and the applicable Loctician. GMNM is not a party to that relationship or transaction.
2. DIRECTORY LISTINGS
Directory listings may contain information including a Loctician’s name, business name, location, contact information, social media accounts, website, booking information, services, training, credentials, and other business information.
Information may be obtained from Locticians themselves, publicly available sources, professional directories or registries, social media, websites, referrals, independent research, or other sources.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful directory information, but businesses and Professionals may change their services, locations, contact information, credentials, pricing, availability, booking policies, or other information without notifying us. Accordingly, we do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free.
Before booking an appointment or making a payment, you should independently confirm information important to your decision, including services, credentials, location, pricing, availability, booking policies, and payment details directly with the Loctician.
We reserve the right to add, update, correct, hide, decline, or remove listings at any time.
3. HOW WE REVIEW LISTINGS
GMNM reviews listings before they are added to the directory using information reasonably available to us.
For certain listings, we may independently check specific information, including professional license information, Sisterlocks® training or registry status, or business registration information.
The type and extent of review varies depending on the listing, location, information available, and applicable public databases or registries.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GMNM does not conduct criminal background checks, comprehensive identity verification, salon inspections, insurance verification, or in-person investigations of Locticians.
A review, verification indicator, badge, or other designation displayed by GMNM means only that we checked the specific information associated with that designation using information available to us at the time of review. It does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification of service quality, or guarantee regarding a Loctician.
Credentials, registrations, training statuses, and other information may change after our review.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN CHOOSING A LOCTICIAN
You are responsible for deciding whether a Loctician is appropriate for you.
GMNM does not control and cannot guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, legality, reliability, pricing, availability, conduct, or results of services offered by a Loctician.
Before booking or sending payment, you should use reasonable judgment and independently confirm any information that matters to your decision.
You are also responsible for understanding and agreeing to the Loctician’s own cancellation, deposit, refund, rescheduling, service, and payment policies.
Any dispute concerning hair services, appointments, deposits, payments, refunds, cancellations, service quality, or a Loctician’s conduct is between you and the applicable Loctician or third-party booking or payment provider.
5. SEARCH PASS
Certain portions of the GMNM directory require the purchase of a Search Pass (“Search Pass”).
The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase is the price applicable to your purchase. Pricing may change for future purchases.
A Search Pass provides access to eligible paid directory features for 90 days beginning on the date of purchase.
A Search Pass is a one-time purchase, is valid for 90 days, is not a subscription, and is not automatically renewed.
Access expires at the end of the applicable 90-day period unless you purchase another Search Pass.
A Search Pass is intended for the individual purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or otherwise used to provide directory access to another person.
We may require you to use the same email address associated with your purchase to access the Services.
6. SEARCH PASS ACCESS AND ACTIVATION
After purchasing a Search Pass, access may require a short processing period while payment and account information are synchronized with our systems.
You should follow the access instructions provided after purchase or by email. Activation may take several minutes.
Technical interruptions, maintenance, third-party platform issues, or other circumstances may occasionally affect access to the directory. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
7. SEARCH RESULTS AND AVAILABILITY
Purchasing a Search Pass provides access to the directory for the applicable access period. It does not guarantee that a Loctician will be located within a particular distance from you; that a particular service will be available; that a Loctician will have appointment availability; that a Loctician will accept you as a client; that a Loctician will meet your preferred pricing, service, scheduling, or other requirements; or that you will ultimately book or be satisfied with a Loctician.
Directory inventory may change during your Search Pass period as listings are added, updated, moved, or removed.
8. 7-DAY LOCAL COVERAGE GUARANTEE
GMNM offers a limited 7-Day Local Coverage Guarantee for qualifying Search Pass purchases.
If, at the time of your purchase, the GMNM directory contains no Loctician listings within approximately 30 miles of the city listed in your GMNM profile, you may request a Coverage Review within 7 calendar days of your Search Pass purchase.
If GMNM confirms that you meet the eligibility requirements, you may receive a refund equal to 50% of the Search Pass purchase price actually paid.
For purposes of determining eligibility, GMNM will use the city listed in your GMNM profile as the location from which the 30-mile radius is measured. Because the directory uses city-level location information, distance calculations are approximate and are not based on your exact street address or device location.
The Local Coverage Guarantee concerns the presence of listings within the applicable geographic area. It does not guarantee appointment availability, pricing, particular services, compatibility, responsiveness, or that a Loctician will accept you as a client.
Coverage Review requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm your purchase, profile location, and eligibility.
The Coverage Guarantee does not apply if GMNM identifies one or more qualifying Loctician listings within approximately 30 miles of your profile city, even if those Locticians are unavailable, do not offer your preferred service, do not meet your preferences, do not respond to you, or ultimately do not accept you as a client.

9. REFUNDS
Except for refunds expressly available under the 7-Day Local Coverage Guarantee or where otherwise required by law, Search Pass purchases are non-refundable.
Purchasing another Search Pass after a prior Search Pass expires constitutes a new purchase subject to the price and Terms then in effect.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method and may be subject to processing times imposed by the payment provider or financial institution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. ACCOUNTS
You may be required to create or maintain an account to access certain Services.
You agree to provide accurate and reasonably current account information and to keep your login credentials secure.
Your account is for your personal use. You may not share login credentials or permit another person to use your account to avoid purchasing their own access.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.
You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes consistent with their intended function.
You may not scrape, harvest, systematically download, copy, or extract directory information without our written permission; use bots, automated tools, scripts, or similar methods to access or collect information from the Services; reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or create a competing directory using GMNM data; share, transfer, or resell paid directory access; interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services; attempt to bypass access restrictions or the Search Pass paywall; introduce malware or malicious code; impersonate another person or business; use information obtained through GMNM to harass, threaten, spam, or unlawfully contact another person; or use the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or abusive purposes.
We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
12. LOCTICIAN-SUBMITTED INFORMATION AND CONTENT
Locticians who submit information to GMNM represent that the information they provide is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they have the right to provide any text, photographs, logos, or other materials submitted to us.
By submitting content for inclusion in GMNM, you grant Omalocs Beauty LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve GMNM and the applicable listing.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to GMNM.
We may edit, format, hide, decline, or remove submitted information or content in connection with operating the directory.
13. REVIEWS AND USER-SUBMITTED INFORMATION
Where GMNM allows users to submit reviews, feedback, corrections, or other information, users are responsible for the content they submit.
Reviews reflect the opinions and experiences of the submitting users and are not endorsements or representations made by GMNM.
GMNM may moderate, hide, or remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate for the Services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GMNM does not guarantee that every reviewer has been independently verified as a client of the Loctician being reviewed.
14. FEATURED LISTINGS
GMNM may offer paid Featured Listings or other promotional opportunities to Locticians.
Payment for a Featured Listing may affect placement, prominence, or visibility within GMNM or related marketing channels. A Featured Listing does not mean that GMNM endorses, recommends, or guarantees the quality of the featured Loctician or their services.
Featured Listing purchases may be subject to separate Featured Listing Terms & Conditions. If those specific terms conflict with these Terms regarding a Featured Listing purchase, the Featured Listing Terms & Conditions will control with respect to that purchase.
15. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, BOOKING PLATFORMS, AND SERVICES
GMNM listings may link to websites, social media accounts, booking platforms, payment services, or other third-party services.
Those services are operated independently from GMNM. We do not control their availability, security, content, privacy practices, policies, transactions, or services.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.
The inclusion of a link to a third-party website, booking service, social media account, or other platform does not by itself constitute an endorsement by GMNM.
16. SISTERLOCKS® TRADEMARK AND AFFILIATION
Get Microlocs Near Me and Omalocs Beauty LLC are independent from Sisterlocks® and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sisterlocks® or its owner.
Sisterlocks® is a registered trademark of its respective owner. References to Sisterlocks® through the Services are used for identification and descriptive purposes.
Any Sisterlocks® professional or training status displayed through GMNM is based on information reasonably available to us at the time of review and may change thereafter.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The GMNM Services, website design, branding, logos, graphics, original written content, directory organization, selection and arrangement of information, and other proprietary materials owned by Omalocs Beauty LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish, scrape, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit GMNM proprietary materials.
Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, logos, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS
If you believe content available through GMNM infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, contact us at info@getmicrolocsnearme.com.
Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the material, understand the basis of your claim, and contact you regarding your request.
19. CHANGES TO LISTINGS AND SERVICES
GMNM is an actively maintained directory.
We may add, update, reorganize, hide, or remove listings and may modify features or functionality over time.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees that a particular Loctician, listing, feature, geographic area, or amount of directory inventory will remain available throughout your Search Pass period.
20. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms; shared, transferred, or resold paid access; attempted to circumvent access controls; engaged in fraud or abuse; unlawfully collected or misused directory information; or otherwise used the Services in a manner that could harm GMNM, its users, Locticians, or third parties.
Termination resulting from a violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle you to a refund, except where required by law.
21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
OMALOCS BEAUTY LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY USER’S PARTICULAR NEEDS.
OMALOCS BEAUTY LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, SUITABILITY, AVAILABILITY, PRICING, LEGALITY, CONDUCT, CREDENTIALS, OR RESULTS OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY ANY LOCTICIAN.
ANY LISTING REVIEW OR VERIFICATION CHECK PERFORMED BY GMNM IS LIMITED TO THE PARTICULAR INFORMATION REVIEWED AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A COMPREHENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECK, ENDORSEMENT, RECOMMENDATION, OR GUARANTEE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMALOCS BEAUTY LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, YOUR INTERACTIONS OR TRANSACTIONS WITH A LOCTICIAN, OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY A LOCTICIAN.
GMNM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, PAYMENT DISPUTES, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER CLAIMS ARISING FROM SERVICES PROVIDED OR OFFERED BY A LOCTICIAN.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF OMALOCS BEAUTY LLC FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OMALOCS BEAUTY LLC FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
23. RELEASE
Because GMNM is not a party to transactions or services between users and Locticians, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Omalocs Beauty LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising solely from disputes between you and a Loctician or third-party service provider, except to the extent caused by Omalocs Beauty LLC’s own conduct or where such release is prohibited by law.
24. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omalocs Beauty LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of or related to your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of another person’s rights; or content or information you submit through the Services.
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. Where required by law or where changes materially affect your rights, we may provide additional notice.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before initiating arbitration or other formal proceedings, you and Omalocs Beauty LLC agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through informal negotiations for at least 30 days.
The party initiating the dispute must provide written notice describing the nature and basis of the dispute and the relief sought.
The 30-day informal negotiation period begins upon receipt of the written notice.
27. BINDING ARBITRATION
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration to the extent permitted by applicable law, rather than in court, except for disputes that qualify for an exception described below.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its applicable rules and procedures.
The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator.
The arbitrator will have authority to award the same individual remedies that would otherwise be available in court, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual-property rights or prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
28. EXCEPTIONS TO ARBITRATION
Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the dispute qualifies; seek injunctive or equitable relief relating to actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual-property rights; or pursue another remedy where applicable law prohibits mandatory arbitration.
29. CLASS AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WAIVER
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND OMALOCS BEAUTY LLC AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Unless both parties agree otherwise, an arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
If applicable law prohibits enforcement of this waiver with respect to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will be handled as required by applicable law.
30. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or other applicable law controls.
31. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular GMNM product, purchase, or program constitute the agreement between you and Omalocs Beauty LLC concerning your use of the Services.
If specific program or purchase terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms will control with respect to that program or purchase.
